Virtue

Virtue is a 4- to 6-story multifamily community designed to bring high-quality urban housing to a walkable, amenity-rich corridor along West Washington Avenue. The project includes 140 thoughtfully crafted apartment homes anchored by two levels of underground parking, replacing aging rental houses and surface parking with a more efficient and neighborhood-oriented development pattern. Responding to its mixed residential and commercial context, the building is composed as three articulated masses along West Washington Avenue, separated by landscaped courtyard spaces that create a more human-scaled streetscape and multiple pedestrian connections into the neighborhood.

The design improves site circulation and reduces neighborhood impacts by consolidating access to a single drive, increasing available on-street parking and reintroducing green space where backyards had been fully paved. Residents enjoy generous outdoor amenities including a sixth-floor rooftop deck, an upper roof observation area with city views, and private balconies or patios on most units. Inside, apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size in-unit laundry, luxury vinyl flooring, walk-in closets, and high-speed fiber internet, while community amenities include a fitness center, infrared sauna, rooftop social room, dog wash station, EV rapid-charging, bike storage, and secure fob-controlled access.
