New affordable workforce housing complex opens in Middleton

The Madison Development Corporation celebrated the opening of the Mill Apartments on Century Avenue, emphasizing the need for affordable workforce housing to attract employees to the booming Madison area.
The look of the eight-story buidling proposed for the corner of East Washington Ave. and South Blair St. The Urban Design Commission granted the project preliminary approval but requested changes to the exterior.
