The building is designed to respond to its context through stepped-back massing at the fifth floor, reducing perceived height along public streets and providing a sensitive transition to the residential properties to the south. The 77-stall underground parking garage provides secure, enclosed parking at a ratio exceeding one stall per unit, ensuring minimal impact on neighborhood street parking.
