Autumn Ridge is a two-building, 109-unit multifamily development completed in 2024 in Middleton, Wisconsin, designed to bring a clean contemporary residential presence to a growing suburban community. The three-story complex is organized around a light masonry base and an exterior profile punctuated by private balconies and patios, with elevated entry stairs that establish a clear sense of arrival at each building's main entrance.

Unit interiors reflect a restrained and carefully considered design approach. Open-concept floor plans connect kitchen and living zones into a single continuous space, with wide-plank hardwood-style flooring and a neutral palette of whites and grays creating a bright, cohesive backdrop throughout. Kitchens are anchored by large central islands with polished granite countertops and dark-toned cabinetry, a high-contrast pairing that gives each unit a defined architectural character without overreaching. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors maximize natural light and reinforce the connection between interior living spaces and private outdoor areas.
