Sturgeon Bluff Apartments

Knothe & Bruce Architects was pleased to be given the opportunity to design renovations for a 105 unit senior apartment building in Wausau, Wisconsin. The renovation of this historic building required great attention to detail in making sure all accessibility requirements were met. Renovations included replacing the roof, windows and doors, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms to meet accessibility standards, improving the landscaping, and adding main entry canopies to compliment the historic exterior.
