Monroe Street

Knothe & Bruce Architects, LLC is currently working on a multi-story, mixed-use development for the 2600 block of Monroe Street. The project calls for a mix of restaurants, retail and condominiums offering views of Lake Wingra and the UW Arboretum. The buildings will maintain a residential scale and rhythm with historical or conceptual architectural forms. The siding will have varied deep colors for a striking façade and the masonry detailing will add to the substantial appearance.
