Cortland Commons

Cortland Commons is a mixed-use development located on Madison's far west side. The integrated development plan includes Brennan's Specialty Foods, R.P. Adler's Pub and Grill, multi-family housing, and neighborhood retail and office services. The architecture of the development includes traditional farmhouse forms and craftsman influences in order to maintain a pedestrian-friendly scale. Pedestrian traffic is encouraged with public walks between the buildings as well as convenient links to public transportation, neighboring housing and retail, and a city park.
